The samples below are previews of ‘Come in, North’, my second complete Graphic Novel project. ‘Come in, North’ is a Graphic Novel/Radio transcript hybrid that was released in October 2024. Told in bright monochrome textures, this book follows the two radio operators at North and South Advance Base Camps on Mt. Everest as they get to know one another and ultimately fall in love. Mountaineering adventure meets ‘Love is Blind’ romance.
Below are sample pages from an Untitled upcoming book (likely releasing the first of two parts in 2025). This Graphic Novel follows a Hollywood director, Desi Callas, and his two daughters; Zuzu (12) and Talulah (8), and their immediate entourage as they trek into the Amazon Jungle and get lost. The four adults and two children need to learn to survive, Swiss-Family-Robinson-style, settle their disputes with one another, take a break from modern LA, and create a little society and ‘found family’ in the jungle.
‘Survival, The Complete Season’, is a fictionalized season of Survivor with characters completely invented by the author and challenges and scenarios loosely based on the content of the show. Survival follows Camp Counselor Fife as she navigates friendships, and frenemy-ships, and figures out how to play the game.
